Return/Refund Policies

We realize that you make choices in the buying process, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we will do our best meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return, please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 

No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

No refunds on any personal training packages or deposits. We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
