    Laura’s Background

Laura brings more than 16 years of professional coaching experience to every session. A lifelong athlete from Denver, Colorado, she competed at the national level in figure skating and began her coaching career in 2010, teaching both ice and inline figure skating. That elite athletic background naturally evolved into a deep focus on strength development, resistance training, and performance-based coaching.

In her late 30s, Laura entered competitive powerlifting and became a national record holder—proof of her firsthand mastery of progressive strength development, technical movement mechanics, and goal-driven programming. Today, she is also continuing her higher education through nursing studies, expanding her understanding of health, physiology, and the human body so she can bring an increasingly well-rounded, safe, and expert perspective to her clients.

    Real-World Strength, Rebuilt With Empathy

Laura’s rare blend of elite athletic experience, competitive strength achievement, and ongoing nursing education means she understands the body from multiple angles. She knows how to safely guide clients through setbacks, rebuild physical capability, and unlock real-world strength without overwhelming the body or the mind.

Her approach pairs expert progression with genuine empathy, creating a coaching environment where beginners and everyday women feel supported, seen, and confident from day one.

    Training Philosophy

My Philosophy: Approachable, Sustainable Fitness for Everyone

Fitness shouldn't be intimidating, grueling, or overwhelming. My approach centers on creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment built entirely around your current pacing. I focus on sustainable, long-term habit changes and strength development that seamlessly fit into a busy lifestyle, making health achievable for everyday women and beginners.

    Non-Intimidating

Every session is coached with patience and respect, so asking questions and learning new movements always feels safe.

    Beginner Friendly

Training starts with what you can do today, then develops skill, confidence, and strength without rushing the process.

    Sustainable

The goal is a realistic routine you can maintain through busy seasons, setbacks, and the demands of everyday life.
